Intangible Culture Heritage: Lusha'erStilt-Walking
高跷，是一种流传于中国各地的汉族民间舞蹈，因表演时双脚踩踏木跷而得名，多出现在社火表演中。大约明洪武年间中原地区的高跷表演传入到青海湟中鲁沙尔，鲁沙尔也因此成为青海省最早表演高跷艺术的地区之一。
{jz:field.toptypename/}Stilt-Walking， atraditional Han folk dance popular throughout China， is performed on wooden stilts and is commonly featured in Shehuo (traditional rural festive performances). During the Hongwu reign of the Ming dynasty， Stilt-Walking was introduced from the Central Plains to Lusha'er Town in Huangzhong District，making Lusha'er one of the earliest places in Qinghai Province where this art form was practiced.

The defining features of Lusha'er Stilt-Walking are the extraordinary height of the stilts and the performers' exceptional skill in executing daring acts. With an average stilt height of 2.8 meters and the tallest extending up to 3.6 meters， it has earned the reputation as "China's Tallest Stilt Performance." In 2008， Lusha'er Town was designated the “Hometown of Chinese Folk Culture and Art (Stilt-Walking)” by the Ministry of Culture.
鲁沙尔高跷以其跷身高、演员多、表演生动、富于变化、节奏鲜明、韵律高昂而出名。由于跷身高，且演出路线复杂，一般都由年轻小伙子装扮，演员大多由鲁沙尔镇的村民及高跷表演爱好者组成。
Lusha'er Stilt-Walking is renowned for its impressive height， large troupes， vivid performances， diverse movements， distinctive rhythms and uplifting melodies. Given the considerable stilt height and the complexity of the performance routines， it always requires young men to perform. Most performers are local villagers and Stilt-Walking enthusiasts from Lusha'er Town.
鲁沙尔高跷所表演内容多为历史故事和传统戏剧人物。高跷在民间音乐的伴奏下一步步走来，犹如置身空中的芭蕾表演，是青海农村社火队中最具特色一支高跷队伍。
Lusha'er Stilt-Walking performances primarily portray historical tales and characters from traditional Chinese opera. Accompanied by folk music， the performers move step by step like ballet dancers in the mid-air. This unique style has established it as the most distinctive Stilt-Walking troupe among rural Shehuo teams in Qinghai Province.
